Thought part of this site was so us roof cleaners could help promote our business? Guess I was wrong. I should chill on the self promotion im told. Ok Im new sorry.
Not a problem with me but remember WE are not your customers. The best thing you can do is fill out your signature better. Take a look at Chris' and others. Those links via key words will get you more Google exposure than posting what you do on here.
This site is for Reading, Learning and Teaching. promotion is an added benefit as this site is Google friendly and with links to your web site they will find you.
put something like Oregon Roof Cleaning in your signature and make it a link to jnrind.com Chris says don't use xxxxx.com as Google tends to ignore it. Key word links work best.

Hello Jesse / Roof Cleaning Oregon:
Use my Signature below as an example of Signature Line promoting with google and you will gain more than "round about spamming" of our board.
Mine is not the best signature here but is an outline to get you started.
Just do NOT cut and paste what I have worked hard to write.
Write your OWN version of what you know and have learned.
Get yourself set up as I told you on the phone the other day, with ONLINE BLOGS and begin using keywords in your local demo / geographical area.
Then start to write as a knowledgeable person in the industry and your blog will be picked up by the search engines and will be searched locally over time.
Then you will see the results you seek, and the phones will ring more and roof cleaning inquiries will come to you by educating your customer, providing ,detailed wothwhile and knowledgeable posts in your areas of expertise and making them trust your word as a knowledgeable professional.

Jesse, no worries. We all get excited about something great like this association. This forum will promote your business for you. Keep learning, blogging, and stay humble. Your day will come young grasshoppa.
Ok sounds good to me thanks, seems like when I reply to your post it replies to the post below the one I want to reply to. Is that right?
Yes. Jesse.
You are correct.
ALWAYS post UNDER the last post or QUOTE.
Never , edit and then post on top of quotes from others or it will screw up the search engine spiders that crawl our forum for new content.
The SEARCH "spiders" will not understand what is the most recent and latest response or comment if you or ANYONE else changes the DEFAULT FORMAT because they go by date and time of post (you can see this if you view the HTML code, rather than WYSIWYG.
When you edit the post you are commenting on by cutting and pasting and changing the format to insert YOUR most recent comment on top of the quoted post it confuses the spiders seach pattern and also other board members as we are used to looking below to track the chronological order of the posts.
