If they're interested, then you have a customer after the DEMONSTRATION spot. Anytime I do DEMONSTRATIONS for ROOF CLEANING IN CENTRAL,PA, I always allow the time for doing the whole job right then and there. If you advertise it, change your terminology to FREE DEMONSTRATION!! We know it works, so it's not a "test",.... and it sounds soooo much more positive.
Yesterday I met with the head honcho about the roofs! He was amazed that the roof came that clean an asked for a bid on the whole place. He was really cool and seemed like they wanted me to do it we'll see! I'm working on the pictures and the video.. having trouble getting them onto my computer. (I had to use my phone b/c my camera broke)
I did this demo spot on a Plaza in Clearwater Florida for a PM last year for a Tile Roof Cleaning and ended up getting the whole plaza. I was smart enough to do the demo directly over the owners office entrance where he would see it everyday. It worked. they called me 3 weeks later and said to do the whole Plaza.
