I will call him, I hope you give him a chance to stop befor you sue him.. The lawyers will probably give him a 30 day cease order. hopefully this action you are taking will make them understand how wrong what they are doing is. If not then they will get nailed for continuence

We only ever get a voice mail. He did call us back and claim he was new to town and didnt know who Mallard Systems was...... Said he has been Mallard Services since the 70's???? So who is the young sounding girl on the phone his grand daughter????

Anyway he was beligerant "sp" the first time he called saying just sue him. he wouldnt stop using the name etc.

He called again on Friday and said he was going to stop using the name??????

We have spent over 50k on the people we took Mallard of Central Florida back from and they are still saying they are Mallard Systems. WERE GETTIN CLOSE ON THAT ONE THOUGH!

We have guys like that out here in wilmington. They start cleaning roofs without even learning the basics and use names that are all over the country used by lots of other roof cleaners. the 2 out here are roof revive and roof tech. i'm sure some of you have roof techs and roof revives around you too. There is one company that cleans roofs somewhere far away that is roof rejuventaor without an s and one company in florida that is also without an s that doesn't do roof cleaning, that is exactly why we have sent out for our service trade mark. even though it is a year and half plus to get the approvals back and its costly its worth it, cause none of these imposters with no visions of there own can copy us.
 ITS GETTING OLD! If your gonna clean roofs fine, theres plenty of roofs out there for everyone but come up with your own sh^&, and don't try to use everyone elses work, Also this is not anything specific to the  companies i named above it is to all the ones that wanna just take short cuts.
