Without seeing the roof, it's hard to say.
I figure the real big jobs this way:
If I can do it in 1 day then commercial work usually runs $500 - $700 a day. if it's 2-5 days then $450.00 a day.
If it goes beyond 5 days, it will cost me in other potential customers, so I up it to $500.00 a day after 5 days.

This was a couple of months ago I got a call from a BIG roof Installation Company about cleaning a Flat Roof (Just Degrease) it's 2 stories, and I have to bring my own water. The roof is 98,000sqft. I wanted to get the job so i would have my foot in the door. I bid it at .08 because I had to bring my own water and it would take a couple of trips. So I Emailed them back and they said it already has been completed. Is or was there anything I did wrong? thanks
