This is a roof I cleaned for a realtor that called me last year. She asked if I could really clean though nasty BLACK streaks off...lol She said she has a couple of jobs for me if I could clean her roof for FREE So I looked at her roof and it was an easy one. She still gives me work to this day. Here are some pictures of her roof.

Looks like a very clean job you did!!

Just a reminder SH is bad for morter joints so if they ask you to clean the brick look for other methods
(not a critisism I see you didn't get it on them just a reminder for all who read this post)

Hey thanks for the heads up! I did not know that it was bad for the morter joints. I do use a diff method for cleaning Brick. Thanks again for the good info.

I have done that same thing, with realtors who have used me regularly and with 1 big company, who supplies me with about $5000.00 a year of work.
I did their personal homes for free!
It's just smart business!
