Me either. I did use to be a roofing contractor in the South Florida area. Seeing the picture of the tile roofs brings back some memories. I can imagine very tricky to maneuver on a tile roof without breaking any of the tiles. Me being 270+ pounds is next to impossible. lol Good luck to you in the future and keep a lite step. lol
Yes, the tile roofs are the hardest to stand on and only professionals with years of experience can walk on them without breaking the tiles all up! I have to assume, the roofers leave behind broken tiles-pushed together- when they finish jobs?? I have seen so many broken tiles on 4-5 year old roofs, I don't know what else to think? Hmmmmm, my area is loaded with Pressure Washing businesses! I guess they just are not fortunate enough to be a part of this community of professionals? They are missing a LOT!

I also come across the same situation on 4-5 year old roofs. I just assume its from the roofer or previous cleaners carelessness. I fix em and move on haha

It is our practice, to repair broken tiles with a sealant, weather we happen to break some or they are already broken {-not just kick them back together- }. To my experience, there are "almost"always some already broken on every roof. I have to assume, the roofers leave behind broken tiles-pushed together- when they finish jobs?? Hey Chuck. what sealant do you use? We clean alot of tile roofs in Houston, but havent really come across any broken ones, nor have we broken any. BUT, I would like to be prepared for when it does happen.
