Low Pressure Tools?

I was just wandering what some of you thought about the low pressure attachments that look kind of like a broom. Do any of you use them? I know most of you say let mother nature do the job but I was just wandering if anyone uses these for immediate results. Are they a good idea?

Water broom = local competitor = 3 days to clean a 1200 sq. ft roof = $195. No joke.

Oh yes. There's a lady in town here who advertises "will beat any competitor's price". She uses a water broom, a 2 gallon pump-up, and a pressure washer. takes her on average 2-3 days per roof. All for $195!!!! She is exactly what this RCIA and forum is here to educate against.

$60 to $80 bucks a day, 400 sq ft  of  roof cleaned per day now thats a diamond in the ruff. Truely a business plan and contractor that should not have a negative impact on anyones market share except thier own. Talk about working your self to death and not having a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of for your efforts.  hmm Border line amusing/sad to even ponder for myself.

Before RCIA someone tried to train me with a water broom, everytime it would hit a valley it would flip over,if you could`nt fight to get it upright you would have to drag it to the gutter edge then some poor sucker would have to climb a ladder & flip it over. Then after you cleaned the roof & it dried if you did`nt overlap far enough it left streaks. I thought there has to be an easier way then I found RCIA. Can you see why I`m so pumped & hold on to all advice on this forum? Kipp

lol, might as well just use a surface cleaner. That's pretty darn funny.
