Here in MD alot of the solar panels have powder coated aluminum frames that can be damaged much like a gutter by the chlorine. The Glass will be fine (just don't let the chem dry on it). I always squeegee the panels, and remember most glass cleaners have ammonia so thats a bad mix with chlorine. I usually wash them first then rinse and squeegee any chem off with a little water during the cleaning. If they have the aluminum frames like many we run into keep the love off that frame just apply carfeully around them you you will be alright.

Oh and sometimes we see domed acrylic skylights, these should never have a glass cleaner used on them as it will fog the acrylic over time. For these I use Brillianize (Link for example)

you can find it at your local tropical fish store as it is commonly used to polish acrylic fish tanks.

And of course cleaning those windows is an extra charge

We also claim no liability for leaking skylights as you really couldn't cause that damage anyway, unless you fall through it or something else pretty extraordinary.

Are solar panels becoming popular in your neck of the woods?  I would think that they should be cleaned periodically to maintain there efficiency. Might be another service to sell to customers.
