I totally agree Jeff!

A lot of us go to great lengths to research and locate hard to find info and, once found feel that there is no reason to horde all that knowledge and so we share it unreservedly her on the Roof Cleaning Institute Of America so the new guys can have a leg up.

It has never been this easy for someone just getting into this to startup and get the knowledge to do it right, without all the wasted money and time spent testing and failing and trying all over again and researching the next better way to do this.

There are  many old pros, that have suffered, and sacrificed for this knowledge and that is why it has been so closely guarded by some for so long.

Now that it is easier with the internet and forums and sharing of this once secret knowledge and because the "slow death of apprenticeship in america" in the last 30 years or so, it is so important that the "NEW BLOOD" in this industry take what has been freely shared here and BUILD on it, making the knowledge gained here better for the next generation of Roof Cleaners.

My short answer after saying all this is....

New guys, Listen Up....it will be up to you to continue to GIVE BACK to this online knowledgebase and to please remember to "Pay It Forward and share what you learn with others here like its been freely shared with you.

We all have to contribute for this to work and to keep it vibrant and fresh and new here at the RCIA.

Mike, HOW did you get the Graphic IN your Signature, is it an externasl link hosted elsewhere, or did you cut and paste it.'
