Suggestion:

Learn to MASTER and to use the search function, which is the 4th menu item to the RIGHT , from the LEFT hand side of the screen on the BLUE Forum Page Locator BAR

If you keep a note pad with you and jot down notes everytime you have an idea or have questions and then use the KEYWORD of the TOPIC you want to SEARCH FOR you will find many of the ANSWERS to the MOST COMMON questions asked by New Aprentice Roof Cleaners.

Try this as this suggestion will save you a lot of time and money because you will get up to speed many times faster than not doing this.

Hope this helps you as much as it has helped others.

TROPO,

GREAT IDEA for the New Roof Cleaning Apprentice:

TROPOS idea is to Make ACTUAL Physical PRINTED Copies (CNTRL-P on your keyboard I believe) of SPECIFIC helpful info off the RCIA board... i.e., Apple Cider and Apple Sauce Mixing Ratios, Chemical Do's and Don'ts, Cleaning Methods, Marketing Ideas, etc. and put all of that info that you learned here into a 3 Ring- Binder and Label the different sections for QUICK reference OUT IN THE FIELD, where you need the info.

Another Option:

For me, I usually have my laptop with me and have a mobile printer and use and inverter to supply power.

That way you can SAVE all your Estimates on FLASH /DRIVES/CARDS and tag the Folders with specific names so you can find all your info FAST.

Also, a great program to help organize your paperwork is called PAPERPORT PRO. It's pricey, at $175.00 or less depending on where you buy it, but it put paper into manageable computer files that you can organize and easily access.

I have a REALLY COOL LAPTOP mount for my truck that makes using the computer in the vehicles much easier to manage.

I bought it on ebay
