 Christopher,

This one is kind of expensive, built in the USA by,
EATON compressors out of Ohio. All of there comercial compressors come with an UNHEARD OF 5 year FULL (not a pro-rated) BUMPER to Bumper warranty.

To me, because I know quality built equipment, the $2,300.00 price (approx.) seems reasonable for all this has to offer.

Mind you, Chris and EVERYONE, this is a MONSTER compressor that will do everything any roof cleaner will ever need in my opinion.

I will pull my 1" Kynar Yamada Monster pump  that can max. out producing up to 49 GPM. ( I never, nor would I EVER have need to run it that way but I could and with a 60 gallon tank and a super low 600 RPM speed (crazy low) by the way low rpm's are what make pumps last forever, why do you think CAT pressure washer pumps command such a high dollar amount, just look at their rated RPM (revolutions per minute) and you will see.

Heck, though, when you consider the cost of a decent priced High Pressure Cleaning Skid this is a deal. Especially for Professional, American made equipment with a 5 year Full (not pro-rated) Warranty

The other version that you were inquiring about is I believe, don't quote me, go to their site to check for sure, the link below.

I think the 30 Gallon tank 13 hp which is in the pic above and has the SAME warranty and BASICALLY the same SPECS just a SMALLER air storage tank and lists for something like $1,750.00 give or take.

If you want you can folow the link I set up here to their website EATON COMPRESSORS, in my opinion, the Best Roof Cleaning Compressors on the Market and read more on this and all their compressors.

Welcome to the RCIA Forum  Juarez1981,

We, the members, of the RCIA, hope you learn, grow and EDUCATE YOURSELF, here on this ROOF CLEANING ONLY board. We hope you then, GET CERTIFIED as a CERTIFIED Roof Cleaner.

Once you have mastered the mental skills you need here on this board and have aquired the equipment, you are ready to go out and clean roofs.

It is important, to yourself , and to the industry as a whole, for YOU to get the right knowledge to properly and safely perform the task of cleaning roofs.

Going out into the field and cleaning roofs without the proper skills and equipment sends the wrong message to the public, at large, and out into your community, showing that roof cleaning may not be a viable, USEFUL and valuable service.

Roof Cleaning when performed by a CERTIFIED, trained and knowledgeable Roof Cleaning Technician, in fact,  is a MUCH needed and in demand concept, utilized GLOBALLY by hundreds of thousands if not not millions of home and business owners .

After gaining the knowledge required to Safely and Properly Clean and maintain roofs and then perform excellent roof cleaning work out in the field,

To answer your question simply:

"What's the compressor used for"?

Roof Cleaning can be performed with many different types of cleaning solution applicators.

There are MANY topics previously written in detail about the various chemical delivery pumps you can setup and use for this purpose.

Using a specialized pump called an AIR DIAPHRAGM pump that is made out of the PROPER chemically resisitant materials ABLE to withstand the Roof Cleaning chemical we use to clean roofs, compressors are USED to provide AIR to the air driven motors that pump the chemical solution to the roof's surface.

If you want more information on this read the other posts on this forum for more info.

Once Again,

Thank You for your interest and Welcome to the Roof Cleaning Institute Of America!
