I would send away to this company for a catalog. They make quick disconnect roof cleaning nozzles in several plastics,, including Kynar !! Kynar is a roof cleaners best friend. It is roof cleaning chemical proof. http://www.bex.com/products/ziptip/ziptip.html#Z
Chris, I just saw a full cone spray pattern on there. Have you ever tried Cleaning a Roof with one of those? Just curious!
Not those roof cleaning nozzles Larry. But the best thing I ever used to clean a tile roof with was a showerhead! The round pattern gets all the tile sides!
Where did ya find a cap with a tile bill on it Chris? Or did you obtain that forehead acessory on a down slopin slide into the side of a dormer? O^
LOL. I have taken MANY a ride off a roof in my carreer as a roof cleaner,'Fortunately, roof cleaning in Tampa is safer then cleaning roofs in some places. Mostly one story roofs here in Tampa.
I am confused on what type of nozzle to use. I now hear about these Kynar nozzles. I have heard about #30, #40, #50, #60 nozzles... I have not heard of any manufacturers nor distributers. Where do I go to buy them? Obviously they must fit on some kind of a gun. I have not heard anything about guns yet. What do you recommend. Are you using Ag Hose now? Where do you get that? I see the hose reels on your truck. What kind and model are they? I have been using COX electric wind-up reels. So far they are holding up but I am using them to only hold the hoses and not running chemicals through them.

Has anyone tried any of these nozzles yet? How are they
No I haven't used these specifice Kynar nozzles or QC's either, but I just filled out the questionaire for a catalog to see if it has potential for my uses and if I do test them I will post a detailed summary.
For us, we use 1/4" and 3/8" stainless steel spraying system nozzles as well.
They last a while also, especially at the low pressures used in roof cleaning in Thomasville, GA and Tallahassee, FL.
Spraying Systems makes a HUGE variety of nozzles and other things.
Note to Katy Memorial PW,
