East Lake Woodlands in Oldsmar is a deed restricted community, as you know Larry.
My friend Mike Nettler is a well known Golfer who lives in East Lake Woodlands.
For an Ohio State guy, he is "OK", LOL
I like him a lot, except when Michigan plays Ohio State, he he.
We clean his roof every two years.
He has a flat tile roof, almost completely under Pine Trees.
I showed him how to keep his roof clean, but he insists on playing Golf instead on his free time.
So, he pays us to come to East Lake Woodlands in Oldsmar to keep the East Lake Woodlands Homeowners Association "off his back".
He is a Mechanical Engineer, really a pretty bright guy, for someone from Ohio.

Thank You Chris. That was a real busy day for us with the Roof Cleaning and the Pressure Washing. We were way behind because of an Iron man contest that was going on. All the roads leading into East Lake Woodlands and Oldsmar were shut down. Needless to say i wasn't real happy at the time but we did manage to get everything done.

Me wait? Hahahaha! Heck I had to get a sheriff to let me down the street so I could get my rig out. After that I tried cutting across at least 5 different avenues from different locations along the way but ran into detouring every time. All together I wasted at least 1 1/2 and a half tank of fuel running around. There were a lot of people who were upset that day. We went home in the dark after all was said and done but I had to keep calling each customer to let them know we were running behind. It was a long day of Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing!

I hope the customers were understanding with the traffic and everything.

It is nice when you deal with customers that are nice people.

It is very rare that a customer will get upset about us being late. As long as you stay in touch with them and inform them as to�what is going on they seem to be very appriciative. I know I don't like waiting and not knowing when a service person is gonna show up at my house. I don't think they should have to go through that.

Man Larry,.. you're so right,a phone call is easy enough to make. I don't like to do it but everyone has to at some point. Never had a customer complain. Simple courtesy isn't to much to ask of anyone.
