Excellent Job on those Tile Roofs. I love using a lift to do Roofs. Its so much easier than walking them. Keep up the great work!

I've only had to use a lift on a few jobs. A couple have been for Tile Roof Cleaning In Clearwater Florida and another one that I need one for all the time is for a job we do every year putting up and taking down hurricane shutters for a company in Largo Florida. I may be using one very soon for another big job in Saint Petersburg Florida. Waiting to see if I get that one. I'll post pics If I get it.

by the way Chris, That sodium hydroxide mix you gave me worked great. It really solved that problem we were having with the synthetic slates.�These roof are all no rinse jobs that are turning out great. Will put up alot more roof pics�after tommorrow.

The addition of a little Sodium Hydroxide KEEPS the PH of the roof cleaning solution HIGH.
The Hyperchlorite Ion is what does the cleaning in a roof cleaning mixture.
It is way more active at Higer PH's.
The trick to� cleaning a really dirty roof is to keep the PH of the Roof Cleaning Product high,
This is accomplished very well with Sodium Hydroxide.
Plus, the Sodium Hydroxide allows for better penetration of the roof cleaning product, �by the roof cleaning chemical.'

Excellent advice Chris. Up until now I've only added it to help in the removal of mustard mold on Tile Roofs. I didn't know that it increased the Cleaning power�of the SH. I think I'll start adding it to all my Tile Roof Cleaning jobs from now on. Thanks!!!!
