Thanks, Chris. Check this out. We got this house on a main road that backs up every day during rush hour. We have a sign out front and did a half now half later deal. I am sure you have done this before. Works wonders. Did it this morning and already closed two deals off it. Anyways take care and I hope you get many more roofs.

That is a great idea, and of course we have done it before.
Roof Cleaning down here is basically an accepted service now.
But in North Carolina it is still kinda new.
So, you have to show what is possible,

Hey, speaking of North Carlina, I always wanted to try the BBQ from up there.
A guy set up a smoker BBQ shop here, and I got me a 1/2 slab rib dinner !!!
It was NC Style, complete with sour sauce, LOL
Never had that kind of sauce before,'The sauce was great on the BBQ Pork, but on ribs I think I like a sweet/smoky sauce better.
The rib were outstanding, but I did put some of MY BBQ sauce on em.

Are all NC BBQ use sour sauce ?

Thanks buddy, you too. We need to get another fishing trip in before it starts cooling down. I bought 3 new rod and reels a month ago and they still haven't seen the water yet. Let me know

The recent Hurricanes in the Gulf have been good for fishing here in Tampa.
The hurricanes drive the more tropical fish into new, unfamiliar waters.
In these new to them�waters, the fish are HUNGRY.
We LOVE to fish.
