Here is the video of the Slate Tile Roof Cleaning In Avila.
Avila is a very affluent part of Tampa.
It is in Lutz, FL, slightly north of Tampa.
Avila is a gated community.
It has very strict rules,
Roof Cleaning is not permitted on weekends, and all roof cleaning work must be done in Avila by 6pm!
Makes it hard when you rent a lift to clean a tile roof w/o walking on it!
Lifts cost over 500 dollars a day to rent.
They are sometimes required to clean tile roofs.
Some roof tiles are delicate, and will break if you walk on them!
It never ceases to amaze me how some Avila roof cleaning customers shop around like they are buying a car ?
Roof Cleaning can be dangerous not only to a tile roof, but to the inexperienced pressure washers and yard guys masquerading as Roof Cleaners!
Sorry for the rant, but we have seen tiles broken that are not made anymore!
This can make even the most beautiful Avila Tile Roof look crappy, and piss off the Homeowners Association AND the neighbors!

I mean, why pay a Million Dollars to live next door to some cheap Avila neighbor who hired the WRONG Lutz Roof Cleaning Company ?

Unfortunately, we see it all the time.

We were TESTING a roof cleaning additive from Envirospec.
Don't know IF they have it ready for sale yet ?

Here is a Slate Roof we just did in Tampa using an Articulating Boom Lift.
You will see Rich, our ground man, adding some of the New Envirospec Roof Cleaning Additive.
It worked good, smelled better then the normal mix alone.
Slate Roofs can not be walked on, if they are thin.
They require only shingle roof strength chemical.
We thought we were going to have problems getting the lift through the gate, and it was touchy operating it in the back of the house. The back of the house has a pool, jacuuzi, trees, etc, etc.
This 10,000 Sq Ft home belongs to a Famous Athlete.
