If you wet the stamped concrete with water does the white areas go away then come back when dry?

I took a course on stamped concrete, it sounds like you burn the gloss coating off in the areas where it dried.

Find a place that sell gloss coating for concrete (stamped concrete) don't use gloss poly from a paint department, call  someone that sells concrete. tell them what you need it for.

Maybe you have a stamped concrete outlet in your area. it's a high gloss sealer for concrete.
