Here's my 18"x24" sign. This is a sixth generation design I created two years ago in 2012 and my best so far.

I don't think I'll be able to top this one. Very happy with it.

I'm using A.G.E. graphics to print my signs.  They have the best deals I've seen for the past 5 years, and still charge the same.

I use their 2 color special offering any 1 PMS color of your choice and 1 additional standard color (red, black, or reflex blue)

This is perfect for me, since I like to use PMS 286 blue for my logo and black.

They can also print your single sided signs for nailing to telephone poles with the flutes horizontal for extra stability in the wind.  This is a must. 

I've tried nailing them up with the flutes vertical, printed the same as yards signs, and the wind will blend it all over the place making them eligible.
