Has anyone ever seen or purchased their softwash system?

I'm looking to buy a softwash system or build one and I found their system online but no one seems to own one and there's not much info out there.

Which system are you talking about?  Most all of them are overpriced.

But I'm open to any ideas at this point......
I was thinking about even building one from scratch so I'll certainly take any advice here.

Read, and then build one. You'll know how it works and what to replace when something goes bad,...and mostly,..it's simple. Buying a ready to go system is a BIG waste of money. If you can't build a softwash system or a pressure washing rig,..you may as well do something else.

Well.......I certainly could build one if I knew what parts and components I needed. Any help or schematics out there that you know of?

From what I see its basically nothing more than a 100 gal tank, a 7hp or so pump, a hose and a nozzle. But there's more to it and I know it. If I had a build sheet of some sort I could certainly do it.

I could also waste $1000 building one the wrong way.....so any help is appreciated.

Yes, I'm sure you can too. It's an easy thing to do,..no schematics in particular but think about it as separate parts and how they would go together,..and on a trailer back of a truck or whatever you want to use to get started. Main components are:

Pump: 12V or Air Diaphragm: Do some research to see the differences and what is needed for each.

Hose; Kuri-Tec is probably the best and economical. 1/2"- 5/8" 200'

Application wand,..basically a ball valve adapted to a 1/4" quick coupler for easy changing of nozzles,..from 25 degree fan to 0 degree,..2530-0030

Some use hose reels,..some don't

Maybe a couple of ladders

65-100 gallon mix tank

Do lots of research and you'll figure it out without buying a pre-made unit.

This is a good thread about softwash systems http://roofcleaninginstitute.org/index.php?/topic/257-how-to-softwash-and-build-a-softwash-system-of-your-own/

There are a few threads specific on DIY rigs and systems. I would not advise purchasing a pre-made system but study the forums, view the pics and build one yourself.
