 we clean it on tile roofs all the time, it cleans up real nice, with a weak shingle strength roof cleaning solution, but gets really slick when soap is added.

 Do a test spot Eric, if you are concerned. What color is it ?  WE see elastomeric coatings all the time here in Tampa, and clean them too.

Never had any problems with them at all.
