We clean the monsters like this one, we divide and conquer and just take our time, I like the not moving during the day, if we can get a big one for the day in the 1200 and up we take it, that house might be 9k, the roof looks to be about 13-14k sqft, with pitch, when we measure, we tell homeowners that the auditors page does not include garages, porch's, and any not heated areas.
We do a multiplier of 1.2/1.4 for pitch increase when we measure. If the gutters are packed, we add some, gutter clean out for that one would be 400-500 alone.
Thanks Mike. It took 8 1/2 hours to clean that roof. I have a lot of video footage that I will post on you tube as soon as we edit it. The hard part of the video is trying to figure what to cut out so that the video is not too long. There are still 2 videos before this one that I need to finish editing.
Great pics Marcus. I figured you could knock that roof cleaning out in one day. Probably could have done it in 6 1/2 hrs without video. Hahaha! ( just messin with ya ). I will normally take a few before , during and afters but never got into the video taking. We have a 4 person crew but it seems I'm always busy doing something. Many times I don't even get the pics.
Thanks Larry! I have hired my daughter Tiffany Vargas to help me run the day to day paper work operations of the business, take videos & pics, and edit the videos (which takes the longest). Ever try to squeeze 8 1/2 hours of video into 5 or 6t minutes... Brutal not making the video look choppy. She has also embedded my logo into all of my pics.
