Great to hear Ted.

I took a month off so haven't been proactive, but I recieved a suprising amount of referrals in 2013. 

I'm working on my webpage and spending a lot of time and money on my SEO at the moment. My two main priorities are creating a mobile platform and online video content, two areas Google will continue to place a stronger emphasis on.

I'm contemplating hiring a sales rep and my own efforts are geared toward real estate agents and property managers.

My biggest concern is getting a second truck/trailer. My one truck/one crew is maxed out so any additional business and growth will come via expansion.

My gameplan is 2 trucks/crews by June 1st and all labor done by my employees. Ideally, I'd like a truck/trailer, flatbed and box truck (2015 is a reasonable target date).

And it's a shame banks don't do small business loans cause if it were the 80s me and my spiked hair, leather jacket and skinny tie would take my business plan to PNC and I'd be rolling!!

 Ted, We've been working on our web presece as well.  Took your advice on a few things and expanded on it a little further.  Here's my new roof cleaning Cleveland website.  Right now it's just a shell, but it should be up by the end of the week.
