 actually we got this job from PURE LUCK! i called the township about fire hydrant permits for a condo association we are going to clean.. and they turned around and asked me for a bid on these.. people were complaining so they needed them cleaned... got him a bid in 48 hours.. scheduled the work to be completed 7 days later... every customer that calls us has a estimate in their EMAIL IN BOX WITH IN 48 hours of their phone call.. thats the way we do it!

get some empty paintball shells and fill them with some scrapings of GM and plan out a few years down the road worth of work

We once had a competitor, a nice guy too ! He had his kids go out and bomb a dirty roof neighborhood wih Chlorine Filled Water Balloons 

Then, a few weeks later, he would Flyer the same neighborhood 

Kind of a dirty thing to do, but he said it was very effective. 

I do NOT reccommend doing this
