If the license pertains to getting on a roof, just build your system where you can shoot from the ground or gutterline. My system shoots around 70', so I NEVER get on a roof.
There is a thread on the home page about 3/4 way down that spells out the requirements for certification. In about 2 weeks I will send you the links for the webinars.

And it does the job well? do you rinse afterward or do you let it dry? what kind of pump or tip do I need to spray that far? thanks in advance for the help . Frank
Frank; here are 2 videos I shot back in the spring right after I built this rig. It shows 58' in the videos, but I have since added a SS nozel that jumped it uo to around 70'. Might be a bit much for a starter, but over the winter I bought everything at auctions and have less than $2K in the whole rig, including the trailer., It also a lot quiter now since I replaced the mufflers.
Hello everybody, thanks for all the welcomes and support. I just started learning how to use the website and already have some questions and problems. I've been in business in Florida for 15 years doing scratch removal and Home and high-rise window repair, went to the county to try to pick up my roof cleaning license down here in Collier County and was told needed three years verifiable experience to get a license. this is something recently passed down here and I'm wondering is there way to get around it that anybody knows, you can clean walls walks drives windows but not able to step up on roof otherwise fine.
Second question I have is how to get certified? as it stands right now I don't think I'm in the locating a certified roof cleaners section and not able to get decals.
Next I was wondering how to incorporate roof cleaning into my website you can find website at yourscratchman.com as you're viewing it keep in mind it's a work in progress as far as the roof cleaning goes.
4) what do all the stars mean by peoples names when they post.
5) what do you folks think is the best way to start and get busy/get work in cash flow?
News papersadds etc. I'm working on my new Billboard/trailer as we speak. and lastly trying to post pictures of stuff I'm working on on the site does anybody have a good idea how to do that easily off aniPhone or regular computer?

Frank there are numerous types of pumps that will deliver the love. You can go air pump which will require a compressor. This is the favored type if you have the room. Or you can go 12v pump ranging anywhere from 1 gpm to 7 gpm. Each has its pros and cons. We choose 12v because space is an issue. We are more civilized up in Yankee land where as down south you can hook up a big ole trailer. I think now they even pull trailers with their trailers down there so the space is endless.
Hi Frank, in my PM replies to you, I suggested cleaning from a ladder as an option for starting you business in Naples. Ed has the same suggestion for you. I suggest you do the simplest thing. Assuming you have a trailer or big truck bed.
Get two7gpm Shureflo pumps [need a backup always] from Bob at Pressure Tek.
Get 2 marine trolling motor batteries at walmart.
Get a 150' 5/8" garden hose and another 100' one. [should have double that for backup]
Get a 100 gallon tank at the "Tractor Store"
when you have those, I will tell you how to build a couple of guns for 10 bucks each-or just use a ball valve and a couple of tips I will suggest to you. First, get the stuff in red. At some point, you will want a GOOD hose reel and a few other things.
I run my business on 5 gpm Delavan pumps, but seldom do roofs from a ladder. If I had to do all from a ladder, I'd run the ShureFlo 7GPM.
