I just sold a roof cleaning to an attorney over the phone. Do a Bing maps search and look at these houses on Alford Dr. in Saddle River NJ. How in Gods name do these people acquire such fortunes? List some of the unbelievably wealthy streets in your area.

Those houses remind me of the one I used to own. 5300 sq. ft on 5.5 acres, 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 460' driveway. Had it built when the photo lab was in its prime and we got a multi million $$$ contract with a major grocery chain for interior 4' X 8' photographs. After 10 years of living there, realized that was a bit too big for the wife and I and my dog. Sold it and bought a 4000 sq.ft. house we now live in. Some of the crazy things people do in life. confuse confuse

Gary, I feel your pain. I grew up in Newport, Rhode Island (the New England guys know it well). Tough love is my excuse for cleaning roofs in Florida on 98 degree days ... what's yours? biggrin

All I have to say is, if you are going to clean the roof for a lawyer, get the money up front. They are one of the worst at paying.
