I'm in his territory I think and I dont really understand his product. If he would give some better responses to the inquiries about what he offers, it might be beneficial to both him and other roof cleaners.

I was really just kidding. Use a mild sh solution and then rinse really well. As always do a test spot first.

I'd use SH, just watch out for any wood and keep it light as possible so you don't bleach out the mulch (if there is mulch around the playground).

If it were me, I would use:

5% SH and a surfactant then rinse well. No sense in re-inventing the wheel when a mild solution of SH has been tested and proven time and time again.

If your in Joe's territory, you can wipe everything down with a couple of lemon or orange wedges. (rinse and repeat 24-48 hours later) biggrin

I agree, I downstream a house mix and rinse well. That is what I use and I do quite a few.

Thanks for the responses, I think that a mild solution would work pretty good as long as I rinsed it pretty quick.

Just as a technical point, I'd be wary of offering to "kill mold". Here in Florida, Mold Remediation is becoming a big business with it own separate license. We kill mildew and alage, and the mold dies too, but I don't advertise that service.
