Here's yet another Feb roof cleaning project that we recently completed.  This was treated primarily due to the lichen infestation. Algae was present of course, which made for an instant improvement as always. 

Would you believe that this 1600 sq foot home is currently valued at over 800k? That's not a typo.  $800,000.   (It does sit very close to the nations capital.)

Crazy huh?  And to think that the real estate market is currently depressed!

Thanks gents.  And 800k for THAT is crazy isn't it Brian?  Life in the big city I guess.

Two of the roofs that we did today were some of the worse that I've seen in a while.  (We did 4 today, but two of them were 'routine').  Anyway, one could have used a small heard of pigmy goats for a week to eat all of the green growth and the other had the worse algae stains that I think I've seen yet, and on a Mansard roof at that. 

And to think that I use to site behind a desk for years.  Man, what was I thinking?  This is way too much fun!!!!!!!!
