Just got finished cleaning this Mansard roof today at Forest Meadows Park and Athletic Club in Tallahassee, florida. Forest Meadows one of the premier park & tennis facilities owned and operated by the City of Tallahassee.

This job was challenging for several reasons: First, the vertical orientation of the roof allowed for very little surfactant stick. Second, the landscaping is situated under the drip line of the shingles. Finally, this place is busy. Open from 7 AM until 10 PM, its is used by literally hundreds of Tennis players every day. Traffic control is a nightmare!!!!!

Spent hours rinsing the landscaping, and was happy to have the Plant Wash from Softwash Systems as a back-up too!!!! Those shrubs will need all the help they can get!

Still working on good "after" pics. There only one time of day to get good pics without the tree shadows coming into play. In some of my "before pics" you can see the test strips I made on the roof.

Cleaning them is far less expense than roof replacement and those shingles are in great shape! Another fine job in Tallahassee Florida.

That is mondo grass and boxwood plants under that drip line, they will be fine. But great job and yes that is the mother of mansard roofs. Good thing it was not like the 5 story mansard tile I did last year, had a 60 ft boom lift and speed bumps surrounded the building. My helper forgot about those speed bumps while we adjusted the lift. Pretty freaky situation fully extended and the slightest tilt feels 10 times more intense.
