Well since that thread is dead.

What actually is the best ammonyx lo or green wash

It sounds as if green wash is a catalyst for SH and it does in fact charge the SH....what does the Amm Lo bring in. I like the idea that green wash is a catalyst but if what we are looking for is a slow run off then why not use the Dawn. And it also seems that dawn is a lot cheaper. 

 

But hey I would like to know I have two roofs this week and one next week, would like to put these products to the tests. This is the first time I have heard of these. I guess thats why there is great guys that have put this forum together and the guys that keep it going.

You'll get more bubble's/suds with A-Lo, you get better cleaning with Greenwash. I wonder why not use both and get the best of both worlds. Sometime on a high pitched roof, you need all the suds you can get to make it stick to the shingles and slow its descent

Gearold, I found the Green Wash to work better for me than the Ammonyx. Others have found the opposite. Dawn has killed my mix in about 8 hours or so. Ammonyx in about 24-36 for me. Green Wash I can get 4-5 days out of. Plus I use way less SH when I use Green Wash.

The best thing is to try em all out and see what you like best, what works for you doesn't always work for someone else.

After the NCE event last year I started using green wash and I'm a true believer in it now! The suds are thicker with am-LO, but there are other benefits with the green wash such as better/easier rinsing, odor masking, and reduced SH usage.
