Just finished this roof in Cary, NC. The owner is giving my name to the Home Owners Association. He said they were highly recommending a Pressure washing company that uses "Low Pressure Roof Cleaning!" I have seen some of their concrete cleaning and they leave stripe marks all over the driveway. Guess they don't use a surface cleaner.

 Having problems uploading the pictures. Tried 3 times and it just goes on forever. Maybe tomorrow my connection will be better. Will post before and after then.

David, Try resizing the pics. That happenede to me a while back, once I resized the pics it worked fine.
