We are enjoying our down time... wish you were here...

After big snow and ice events in the Southeast, Plains, and Midwest, 49 out of the 50 states currently have snow on the ground –  yes, even Hawaii, The only state that has avoided this icy blast is Florida.

It was 82 yesterday and 76 today here in east central Florida. Got a little sun burnt yesterday!!!!

It sucks in DFW right now. The ice has got everything a mess. The Superbowl stuff is hurting because the roads are so bad not may people are getting out. It was a little better today but it got a little worse just before dark. Stuff was thawing a little but now freezing back. We are having rolling blackouts because of the extra people in all the hotel and the Cowboys stadium sucking up so much for heat. The stadium was Exempt from the blackouts because the Homeland Security said they could not keep it secure during the outage. Obama is coming to vist this weekend so they arer already here doing what ever they have to do. All in All IT SUCKS !!!!

Danny, I have gone to the last 2 Superbowls that the Steelers ( I know your not a big Steelers fan) were in and was ready to go to this one but had some big jobs and Important things come up. I really wanted to see your new Stadium though! maybe nest year...
