I need a favor! Does anyone have a contract terms and conditions? I need one asap.
I have a hotel to bid in the morning, and I do not have one. If anyone can help me out on this one, it would be great. I can reword what I need, you can remove your company name and logo. Please help if you can.

Here is a real simple one, then I print onto my letterheads. I usually create one on word for differant job depending what''s involved.

Is there anyway that the website could have a section for pdf's of documentation for roof cleaners? I do understand that the laws are all different in different states but it would be helpful to have something to start with.

Also if I could get someone to email me at doug@midsouthprowash.com what they use for bidding/proposal forms and contracts it would be much appreciated.
