That's exactly why you have to no pressure roof clean!! The price point and product meet a customers needs perfectly!! Allowing these kinds of jobs to exist for us. I have never heard of a 'Hard washer' selling anywhere near the amount of complexes and HOA's as a no pressure roof cleaner. I see two reasons for this.

1..Most other methods require much more labor. (employess are the biggest overhead of any business)
2..Most other methods REQUIRE yearly maintenence or just don't kill Cynobacteria at all.

This is really big business in the Florida area and is growing by the day up the east coast of the US, and maybe in Australia too?? Spreading the word about the proper way to clean a roof, the only ARMA and GAF approved way that does not void a warranty on a roof, is exactly what this forum is for. The more the world understands that there is a SAFE and effective way to deal with "those stains on my roof??" especially as those stains are spreading, the more all of us will see customers seeking out this service.

This is and has been power full education to those who choose to embrace it, and it has caused more customers to be aware that there are solutions to this infestation.
