I've been told that I can make a tank filter like the ones in the picture, but no one has told me exactly how. Does anyone know how to make one? Is it just a section of PVC pipe with holes drilled in it, a 90 elbow, a cap and hose attached to hose barb? Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks
